Dr. Jonathan Lee PT, DPT

Orthopedic/Sports Injury Physical Therapist

Dr. Jonathan Lee earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from SUNY Upstate Medical University and has been actively involved in the health and wellness field since 2012. With over a decade of experience in corporate healthcare, Jon has gained a deep understanding of both the strengths and limitations of the traditional medical model.

His approach to care emphasizes patient empowerment and long-term wellness over short-term fixes. Jon believes that meaningful recovery begins with education, personalized care, and addressing the root causes of dysfunction. His philosophy centers on building sustainable habits that support physical well-being, resilience, and functional independence. By helping clients understand their bodies and conditions, Jon strives to guide them toward lasting solutions and optimal health outcomes.

A Brooklyn native, Jon grew up skateboarding, which sparked his early appreciation for movement and physical expression. With the rise of CrossFit, his interest in human performance deepened, leading him to explore both weightlifting and endurance training—including marathon running. Since becoming a father, Jon has shifted his focus from competition to long-term health and longevity, though he still maintains the fitness and mindset to take on challenges like a half marathon at any time.
